I cannot believe another week has gone by...this is moving along quite quickly...oh my!

B- so I'm not sure if my body is just being sluggish or working harder but I still find classes tough...find myself sweating a lot more then I used to.  Even today my back muscles are aching from Saturdays workout!

L- I have learned that others will be quick to help me fall off track from my journey and it's getting harder to stay on track.  I felt more motivated in the beginning and now as we are further in I should feel stronger and more motivated but I'm feeling deflated..not sure why...

O- weekends are tough for me, I will need to reevaluate my surroundings and snack options, also make sure I am eating 6 meals a day bc I know I haven't been since I get up later.

G- I have dropped in body fat but my inches aren't so great, need to refocus!




S- My goals for this next week are to stay more focused and be better at posting my meals even if no pic.  Stay strong when it comes to food and keep pushing hard at the Worx!
