B..my body is in sooo much pain despite all my working out and yes I do stretch before and after my workouts....guess I need to do more...will do it throughout today before workout tonight with Maia...
L..learning...I am learning that I love food but I don't have to let it control me/own me. I do have self control!
O..I have observed that I do have support that is essential in this journey! It if weren't for my friend Cynthia then I totally would have eaten a Dorito yesterday evening...yes I almost did...she snatched that chip right from my hand/mouth with a quickness and then proceeded to show me a before pic of me last year. Thanks CC!
G..I did well because I worked out more then I needed to, everyday. Just needed to work a bit harder against temptations with things like the chip incident that almost..almost happened!
S..my goal this week is to attend the Worx everyday the rest of this week,
including the 4th and not over eat/indulge on the that day!

DeleteWoohoo! Nice job on taking control of your eating habits! I admit when I first started to really focus on my nutrition, it was really hard to not give into temptation. Simple events like going out to eat with friends or even seeing a movie proved to be difficult, but I learned that when I shared with them my goals, they helped to keep me in check. Keep up the good work!
