Week one has been completed.  I worked out everyday this week.  Even though I did not attend the Worx every day this week I did manage to go to the gym here at work and do a jog with weights.  Eating right was a struggle more for me than working out.  Food has always been my weakest point!  I love love food!  I hate to say but i feel like I will not be able to eat my favorite foods any more.  Is this so ...will I have to give up my Latin fried foods..my french pastries...????  sigh..thank goodness I already had breakfast..lol
I did think that after working out everyday I would feel better...that the body aches and pains would subside....um think not.  The workout with Ashley yesterday was INTENSE...so much so I can barely move!  YIKES!   Will be ordering some recovery drink today!  I've got a goal in mind and I know I can do this...food you will NOT win!  Week 2  I gotch u!  Looking forward to grilling out this week along with lots of watermelon! :)
