B-body still aches...I did jog yesterday so I did do something a bit different..figure I gotta change it up to keep the body confused.
L-I've learned thtat no matter how long we've been doing this is does not get any easier. The sweat comes easier but it does not get easier! I still push hard and try to do level 3's but still find I may need levels 2 or even 1.
O-I see how hard everyone else is working and I feed off it. I need to be around these folks more often! I know how easy it is for me to steer off course so I need to keep focused and around positive people!
G-My body fat % went down last fit day I'm excited to check what it's at tonight! Although i may not be dropping lbs I'm at least dropping body fat. Muscle does weigh more and I did pick up my eating so I'm hoping for some changes this time around.
S-my goal this week is to continue eating more and pick up some more exercise. I bought a living social deal for bikram and maybe I can pull a Flo and do an am bikram and evening boot camp. No Pain No Gain!!!
Classes are tough for even the people who have been there for a year.... except maybe for Sanjeet.... but he is a machine.

As for running - you are right it is good to throw some new things in there.
Like that you have UPPED your eating.... what changes have you made?
You can do both and work up to it! Believe me, it took some time, but now it becomes second nature. Good for you in cooking your veggies and celebrating your small successes!
ReplyDeleteI have to say my biggest challenge is food! I love it and all sorts! I can do the workouts but managing my food intake, making it healthy and not eating all my faves..being bread, sweets, and both combined is really a challenge! I have def stepped it up by eating more veggies. Cut out rice and almost all pasta, eating it sparingly which actually wasn't that hard. Eating more often is hard when I'm not at work. But I'm less motivated when it comes to fit day and nothing has come off or slimmed down. Not understanding when I workout soo much and have changed my eating. This is why I think I might have to add more workouts. We'll see tonight.
